How long will it take to receive my order?

We package and ship orders within two (2) business days. 

• We ship orders by USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• We do not ship on Sundays and holidays.

• We do not have any power over the package after it is shipped. A customer is responsible for tracking the package and contacting the carrier if the package is delayed/missing. However, we will assist you if we can.

What are the products made of?

• Our chunky chenille is 100% polyester. Click here for care instructions.

Do you ship internationally? 

• We do not currently ship internationally.

Can I expect the color of the yarn I order to match what I see on the screen?

If you have any questions about the colors, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help ensure you choose the perfect colors for your project!

• Dye lot variances
  • Yarn that comes from different lots may have slight color variations. It is best to order what you need all at once. Whenever possible, we try not to mix lots when completing orders.

• Display type variances:
  • We had the photos of the yarn professionally optimized to accurately represent the actual color, and they are best viewed on an OLED true-color display. Colors may appear differently on other devices or screens. We are not responsible for color discrepancies caused by display differences.
